Pool and Health Club
The Pool and Health Club area includes an indoor salt-water pool and whirlpool, a children's wading pool, men's and women's steambaths and changing rooms, as well as fitness room with exercise equipment. At the pool, children under 12 years old need to be accompanied by an adult. Children under 14 years old are not permitted in the training room. A proof of age may be required.

Botanical Garden and Insectarium
Montreal's Botanical Garden is the second largest botanical garden in the world, next to the one in London, England. The Insectarium is a section of the Botanical Gardens featuring the butterfly pavilion, as well as a collection of 25,000 insects on display. The attraction is located 10 minutes away from the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth.
La Ronde Amusement Park (seasonal)
La Ronde features 35 different rides, something for every member of the family. The park is located on Ile-Ste-Hélène, about a 15-minute drive from the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. Open mid-May to September.
